Porsche 992 GT3 RS Ultimate Gloss Pack

Possibly the best car Porsche have ever built and one might ask – what more there is to do? Luckily for us, there is no shortage of tweaks we can think of ;)

First job of the lot was to reduce the amount of black plastic trim on the car by painting it gloss black – there is simply too much of it!

A few pictures below of the parts that were painted in piano black.

First on the list is engine cover – comes as matt black plastic originally, now shiny piano black.

Air vents in front wings – one of the most difficult parts to disassemble. Also supplied in matt black plastic. Now gleaming piano black gloss.

Aero fins on rear of the roof – also comes as matt black plastic in standard.

Air vent surrounds in rear quarter panels – also come as matt black plastic in standard.

And the main items for a change – front and rear bumper lower/middle bits. We get its a track car, and its somewhat a functional piece, and will probably battered, but it looks so odd not painted… Like back in the good old days when all car bumpers were black plastic…

Last bits for paint on the list were spoiler end plates and little air vent fins on the bonnet

After all of the parts were painted and put back on the car, it was PPF time!

This car received our full bespoke package with every single panel of paint wrapped with all edges hidden. Front glass was protected with windscreen protection film (WPF) and due to the delicate nature of the lightweight glass at the rear, we also installed WPF on rear glass – for extra piece of mind.

Once Paint Protection film was completed, it was time for the real magic – our flexible membrane and ceramic coating application!

Not only the coatings protect the surface from all kinds of chemical conditions, water etching, salt, acid, etc., it also creates a super easy to clean surface with amazing self cleaning properties. If you are driving and its raining, the car will pretty much clean itself. Hydrophobic effect on the windscreen will improve visibility so greatly, you can easily forget it is raining!
